About our speaker
Dr Germán Bersalli is a postdoctoral researcher in the „Energy Transition and Public Policy“ research group at the IASS Potsdam. His research combines ecological economics with other social sciences and focuses on policies and transformative changes toward a carbon-free economic system. He is currently working on three interrelated questions: crises and structural change, policy packages for complete decarbonization in the global north and the global south, and European energy policy and decentralization.
